About me

Hey, my name is Monique, I am so happy you’re here!

For many years, I struggled with intense social anxiety—terrified to speak to another person, let alone fully express myself. It felt like my voice didn’t belong, like I wasn’t here to be seen or heard.

But 12 years ago, I began an incredible journey of self-discovery, healing, and coming home to my authentic self and fullest expression. It has been a wild and beautiful adventure—one that has revealed how uniquely I’m designed to navigate the world, connect with others, and share my voice.

Today, I am deeply passionate about supporting others to reconnect with their authenticity, liberate their expression, and thrive in their relationships.

Through our work together, my clients and students uncover what’s been holding them back, heal and integrate on a profound level, and learn to embody their truest selves. They reclaim their personal power, unlock their FULL expression, and experience great love, deep connection, and EXQUISITE intimacy in their lives and relationships

These values shape the spaces I hold, the practices I offer, and the way I connect with clients. They guide my work and reflect the essence of my personal and professional journey.

  • For me, growth is life itself. It’s where my journey began and continues to evolve. Learning, healing, embodying, and sharing what I discover brings me purpose, joy, and aliveness. Supporting others through their transformation fulfills my deep need for contribution, connection, and community. When I find something that works, sharing it is not just a choice—it’s a calling.

  • I spent years feeling lost, believing there was something wrong with me, contorting myself to fit in and be loved. It never worked.
    What did? Embodying my authentic self. I discovered that authenticity is the key to love, acceptance, and belonging—not only from others but from myself. This truth has transformed every area of my life and lies at the heart of the work I offer to others.

  • Healing begins when judgment dissolves. Compassion and curiosity are the antidotes to self-judgment and the gateway to transformation. When we meet ourselves with these qualities, we soften, our hearts open, and we see ourselves with clarity and empathy. This shift radiates outward, allowing us to see and connect with others in new, harmonious ways, fostering deep love, connection, and safety.

  • I am deeply committed to healing not just for myself but for my family and the generations that came before and after me. Childhood experiences, cultural conditioning, and generational trauma shape us in profound ways. Doing this work has allowed me to break cycles, transform patterns, and create a new legacy of love, harmony, and freedom for my family.

  • My relationship with Liam and the birth of my son inspired me to confront and heal my deepest wounds around intimacy, love, and connection. Relationships are mirrors, reflecting the parts of us that need love and attention. They challenge us to grow, invite us into deeper intimacy, and awaken us to the transformative power of love.
